Paysan urbain develops an urban farm model centered around greenhouse production and distribution of microgreens, complemented by educational workshops on urban agriculture. The projected yield is 25 to 30 tons of mcirogreens per year, and will be sold primarily to local résidents with a bike delivery option. The project will generate six full-tim jobs and 24 social integration jobs.
