La ferme de la Bourse  proposes an agricultural activity that combines hydroponics using organic minerals to produce fruits, vegetables, and herbs, as well as beekeeping. The projected yield is approximately 12 tons, of which 50% vegetables, 25% fruits, and 25% herbs.
