On the largest Parisculteurs site yet, Urbagri is establishing its Vignoble de Paris (Paris vineyard), cultivating Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gamay grapes. This activity will be complemented by vegetable polyculture and agroforestry. Produce grown on-site will service the restaurant Urbagri plans to open.
