La Safranière Suspendue is a project that will combine melliferous aromatic perennials, three beehives, and 677 square meters of saffron cultivation on the roof of a Monoprix. The team plans to commercialize its production of honey, saffron, crocus bulbs, and transformed products including soaps, honey candy, balms, etc. Workshops on beekeeping and natural cosmetics production wil be organized in the neighboring events space.
