As a productive farm, Arche Végétale will deploy various growing techniques on the roof of the Hôtel d'Activité including hydroponics, aquaponics, raised beds, etc. The team also has a partnership with Cuisine Mode d'Emploi(s), a school located in the building founded by Thierry Marx, on the basis of crop sharing, experimental growing areas, and composting. Eventually, the team is looking to engage with the neighboring building to develop a green corridor between terraces.
