A key player in urban agriculture in the 18th arrondissement, Vergers Urbains is proposing a project to produce edible herbs and flowers on the roof of the École de la propreté (cleaning school), to be used by the surrounding restaurant owners. The site will also produce plants to supply the other areas where the structure is developing.
