Aéromate proposes to transform the terrace of the Truffaut shop in Ivry-sur-Seine, which is already accessible to customers, into a place of production and awareness-raising for young people about the challenges of urban agriculture and the preservation of biodiversity. This mixed space will also be a demonstrator of the various urban agriculture techniques. A juice bar will complete the project to allow the public to taste juices, smoothies and soups from the production of the terrace and other sites of the project owner!
