"13 Infuz, les tisanes de la Petite Ceinture" is a project organised around the production of aromatic plants (verbena, peppermint, lemon balm, etc.) to make herbal teas, which are processed and sold on site. The project, supported by three locally-based organisations, also includes the cultivation of hops and makes strong use of the biodiversity present on site. The site, which will be open to the public, will also allow workshops to be held, particularly with local children, and several vegetable gardens will be installed for this purpose.
