Le Paysan Urbain offers a productive and educational project allowing it to expand its range of productions intended for Parisian restaurateurs. The development of the rooftop will be designed as a plant pathway to raise awareness and allow chefs to discover the new productions. The site will also welcome students from nearby schools and the general public to raise awareness about the many challenges of urban agriculture, in continuity with what is already offered at the Charonne farm site in the 20th arrondissement.
