Hydropousse plans to set up in the Passage Dubois Parking located in the basement of a Paris Habitat residence (19th arrondissement) in order to grow microgreens and edible flowers using hydroponics, as well as mushrooms on substrate. The products will be sold to Parisian restaurateurs, specialized wholesalers, and gourmet and neighborhood grocery stores, as well as to local residents during sales organized on site.
