The Brasserie Associative des Regards wishes to create a resilient garden, in harmony with the existing hop fields. The low hop field will be composed of many old varieties of hops, while the high hop field will be cultivated according to the principles of agroforestry by plant association. The hops produced will be processed in their micro-brewery in the 20th arrondissement. Workshops will also be offered.
