The project is a farm of aromatic herbs, hydrolats and infusions with the primary destination being restaurants, grocery shops, markets, and the inhabitants of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine. The project also includes a greenhouse, a biodiversity zone and a farm building to accommodate the public.
